This section of the mural had everything. A priest, a water-bearer, a cat, a living child, and a hundred feet of grass-like vegetation. Let's take a moment to review how one goes about making grass-like vegetation. Step one: Rip off a piece of tape about two feet long. Step two: Carefully and gingerly rip, with oh-so-delicate fingers, the strip down the middle into to two, two-foot halves. Step three: Rip these two strips in half length-wise to make two more strips. Step four: Use these four "ripped down" strips to create stalks of grass on the wall. It will take about two minutes to make one and a half blades of tall grass. Repeat. |
