Christine Clones Our class decided that we should draw the future of Peaslee School. I worked with two of my very good friends on making clones for every picture that we made. Both of my friends accidentally made two of the same person so we had two clones. I did the background of our pictures so I just thought of making clone birds. We were making a sculpture of one of my friends.

Jennifer First, our class picked the theme of what we wanted to tape on the wall. My friend and I started working right on the wall. We used each other as models for our artwork. Our picture showed what we would like like when we are 50 years old. It was really fun!


Kirk I didn't want to do the future picture because I couln't think of anything to draw. Then I got the idea for a picture to draw on the wall. When it was over I didn't stop working on my drawing because I was having so much fun.I drew a person with a jetpack. It was great!!


Nihar Above is the picture of an old me flying because the world got blown up in the year 2100. It felt different, more challenging, and more fun than markers. We started 'drawing' right on the wall. First, I drew myself with tape, then I added a cane, fake fire, and a control pad. I finally ran out of time. I think everyone did an awesome job.

Sam I think that tape art was a learning experience. It was very fun. I made myself as an old man in the future. I had a jet pack on. I thought that it was cool that I could make so many things with just some tape. I thought that it was hard but fun.
Larnel My Tape Art masterpiece is a control panel. The control panel lets you enter the lab with a password in numbers anytime. Also, you can talk with the computer. It can be done!!!!


George I think that tape art was fun. Our class decided on a theme. The theme was what it will be like in the future. I made a floating sea station. I did a floating sea station because everyone was doing people and I wanted to do something different. It was not difficult to make a floating sea station. I used long strips of tape.


Marc When I did tape art it was hard and fun. I made a guy flying through the air. I did it because we had to do the future. I used a lot of tape and I had to curve it a lot. It was hard to make the feet but it was easy to make the head.


Jackie My picture is about me in the future of Peaslee School. My artwork shows me in a horseback riding suit. I would like to ride horses when I'm fourteen years old. I worked by myself and this was my own idea.
James The tape art fun is designing the tape art. You could make animals, humans, cars, and buildings out of the tape. It wasn't easy and it wasn't hard. It was easy to make buildings and it was hard to make animals, cars and people.

Christopher When I did tape art it was fun, hard, and easy at the same time. It was a theme of the future. It was a picture of me wearing a jet pack and I was in a war. I used skinny, fat, long, short, and tiny pieces of tape. First I made the head, then I made the body, then the jet pack and laser gun. 


Amrita This class decided on a theme of 'The Future'. This picture has two old ladies going to a Bingo Casino when they are 57. My friend and I made these two old ladies representing ourselves. I liked working with the tape it was much better than using markers.

Caroline My friend and I created each other as old ladies in front of a Bingo Casino. It was a lot more fun working with tape then with a pencil and paper.


Dayna My partner and I created my friend as a person in her forties. It was a lot more fun creating with tape than paper and a pencil. It was a lot more fun creating with tape because you got to move your hands in all directions.It was harder with tape than paper and a pencil.

Michelle I made myself with a tree in the future. My partner helped me make it. My picture is about me taking a walk. I thought it was really fun. We made an owl's house in the tree.

George - Q "What do you think space exploration will be like in the future?" 
Sam - A " I think that we won't be able to land on Venus or beyond Pluto, but we can land on Mercury or Pluto wearing protective suits. We will land on all of the moons on all the planets. Instead of two hours of oxygen, we'll have five hours."
Sam - Q "Do you think we'll be able to fix the hole in the ozone layer and pollution and greenhouse gases?" 
George - A "I think we can make electric cars and we could have solar powered power plants. And I think we could make a machine that cleans up all the gases."


Caroline - Q "What would you look like in the future?"
Dayna - A "My hair would probably be white. And up here (cut). I would probably wear stretch pants.
Dayna - Q "What would you look like in the future?"
Caroline - A "I'd wear my white hair in a bun. I'd try to be in shape and work out. My house would be a cottage."

Marc - Q "Do you think people will be able to walk on the ceiling with no technological assistance?"
Chris - A "No, because if you could there would be no air in the world and you'd suffocate. There'd have to be gravity and you'd have to be able to breathe." 
Chris - Q "Do you think people in the future will live with aliens in spaceships?"
James - A "No. because the aliens couldn't breathe the earth air and because they couldn't walk on earth because the earth is too bright." 
James - Q "How old will people live to be in the future?
Marc - A "You will never die. You will take a pill that will make you stay young forever." 
Marc - Q "Do you think people will get burnt by the sun?" 
James - A "No, you'll not get burnt." 

Larnel - Q "Do you think that driving cars will be a thing of the past?"
Amrita - A "Yes." 
 

Shannon - Q "Christine & Jennifer, the question is, what will you look like when you are 1 million years old, and you are still alive in the future... actually one zillion?"
Christine - A "I would probably have died my hair brown and I would be at least 6 foot 11 and I would be wearing boots and flying gear." Jennifer- A "I would die my hair brown too, and I would not be that tall."
Christine - Q "Shannon & Jennifer, how would you think birds would look like 100 years later?" 
Shannon - A "I think they have long beards like a mile long and a big mustache sticking out and grey and white feathers." 
Jennifer - A "I don't think that they could fly that good and they will have grey feathers." 
Jennifer - Q "Shannon & Christine, is it the same in the future as it is right now?"
Christine - A "Probably not, because um, people may have more flying gear like Isaid in my previous question, and they might have um like - (Shannon) talking squaking and poking birds. People evil parakeets."
Shannon - A "Jennifer, how yellow will Christine's teeth be after not brushing for a million years, and eating candy all the time? 
Jennifer - A "They would probally be really yellow if she ate candy all the time." 
Christine - Q "Shannon how do you think people will travel in the future?"
Shannon - A "Um, well, um, I think they will travel in flying cars and maybe they will even have wheel chairs so that they will fly without having to go to the cars to drive them, and Christine, you would have very yellow teeth."
 

Jackie - Q "What are you going to do in the future?" 
Michelle - A "I want to be a vet. I want to take care of dogs. I want to have a baby girl." 
Michelle -Q "What do you think you will look like in the future?" 
Jackie - A "I will look like a horse back rider and get ready to ice skate too. I want to play softball would look fancy with long hair and my bangs grown out. I'll sing."
 

 Larnel -Q "Ok, Marc, I've heard that all the computers in the world will shut down because of a computer glitch called y2k, is this prediction true?"
Marc - A "Yes, because every time the computer sees mores 0s, it goes blank, it does not recognize it and it will shut down and... because every computer has a calendar, and it will read it and then it will say  "I don't recognize those numbers and it will just shut off." 
Marc -Q "What do you think Larnel that computers will look like in the year 4300" 
Larnel - A "Computers won't exist, because the humans will be gone because of the ozone layer, asteriods, and the nuclear bombs." 


Kirk - Q "What would cars look like in the future?" 
Nihar - A "They might look like alien ships and have wings. They would drive in thin air and go really fast. It has lots of buttons that you could make it change into something else such as a plane" 
Nihar - Q "What will animals look like in the future?" 
Kirk - A "It might be robotic and have wings. It would have metallic amour. If it is a dog it would have a robotic head and fangs and red eyes." 
Kirk - Q "How will handicapped people get around in the air?" 
Nihar - A "They might invent new wheelchairs that have boosters and jet packs. Jet packs will help them go up and down and the boosters will help them to go forward and backward. The wheelchairs will have wings to turn. They won't have to go in and out of other vehicles. They will just use the wheel chair" 
Nihar - A "What will you look like in the future?" 
Kirk - A "I would be very, very old, like ninety nine. I will be in a special space craft for old people. I have a tank of air with a little mask to help me breathe. The space hovercraft would have a little robot to help them eat and make breakfast, so when you walk out of your bedroom you can eat. Your cane will be able to pull out and be used for self defense. The can has jets, wings and boosters."
