John Glenn's Life in Tape Art

	Ashley My experience of Tape Art was hard at the beginning but I got the hang of it near the end. The picture that I drew was a picture of John Glenn as a toddler. I did this because I wanted to do a person but I wanted it to do with space and I didn't want to do an adult. I also put a space ship next to him because he loves to fly. Another thing I liked about Tape Art was that if you made a mistake you can take it off and try it again.

	Emily Our class did John Glenn. Everyone did a different part of his life. I did him when he was seven years old. First Mike and Stewart brought us into the hall. Then they told us how to make people out of tape. They also told us how to round the tape. It was fun! By Courtney The expierence of tape art was introesting. If I were to choose between tape art or just drawing I would choose tape art. The theme we did was John Glenn's life. It was all most like a timeline. I did him at age 40.
	By Kyle When I taped art we drew what John Glenn's life was about. I drew a picture of John Glenn wearing a helmet with a visor. When you make a crurve you have to use both of you're hands. One hand needs to push and the other hand needs to cruve. Michael We did tape art in our school. To do tape art you need tape, ideas and a place to work. Our idea was to do John Glenn's life. I did him when he was a baby. My picture of John Glenn had him wearing a long shirt with a toy rocket next to him.
	By Kevin Tape Art First two men and tell us about the tape art we chose John Glenn. We went to a wall and I was suppose to make John Glenn when he was 25 years old. I made him walking and holding something. I had enough to make John Glenn.Then the news paper person came and take a picture of us and everyone was going crazy of the news paper person. Everyone's was good. But I didn't had enough space to make John Glenn. I couldn't make the hand so I made him holding something like a chocolate. John Glenn liked chocolate a lot. The class who got the idea was class 5. The class like the tape art and I liked it because it was my first time and it was fun really liked it. Forrest When I went down to do Tape Art I didn't know how to tape John Glenn on the wall. After awhile I got the hang of it. I made John Glenn when he was 55 years old.
	Kylie Hello, I am going to tell you about tape art. This is what I did . First Mike and Stu gave me a roll of tape and I started with the head. When I fininshed the body I made a helmet and suit. I made John Glenn out of the tape. I made a hat and a ground. He is about 75 in the picture. That's how I made John Glenn. Will When I was doing Tape Art our class did the life of John Glenn. Charley and I did his life at the age of 60. We made him look like a business man because he is a senator from Ohio. He was holding a briefcase in one hand and papers in the other. We put a top hat on his head. We also put a tie on him.
