Karissa When I did Tape Art I created a self portrait. It had a long sleeved striped shirt and shorts I also wore cleats because I was playing. I went from top to bottom with the flow. I thought I had a terrfic and fun time. Where do you live? "Northboro." What are your favorite foods? "My favorite foods are pizza and grilled cheese." How old are you? "Nine." What do you think about taking it down but having the art last on the web? "I felt bad about taking it down because I wanted it to last. But I am glad that people can see it on the web and have the same experience that I had." 

NathanI did a self portrait. It was me catching a football. It looked like a person reaching up for a football. I took a roll of tape and ripped off pieces. Tape art was a lot of fun. Next year I hope we do this again. How many brothers and sisters do you have? "I have one 14 year old sister. " What's your favorite color? "My favorite color is blue." What is your favorite subject? "I don't know." How long will the memory of the Tape Art mural be in your head? "I think it will be in my head for about a month or two".
Michael I made a guy with a flame thrower. He had a back pack with gas and crazy flames. And there's a jet in the background. I liked the experience because it was fun. Where you born? "I don't know, I forget though." What is your favorite animal? "The snake." What is your favorite color? "Blue." What is the easiest feeling for you to convey using art? "Happy, because I am happy and I want to convey it."
Ciara What I created was my self. I was playing soccer with my friends. It was a blue soccer ball and my hair was short. Also I had jeans on. I took a piece of tape and started with the head and kept on going. I thought it was fun but it was hard turning it when you needed it to. When I was done, it just looked like me.
Nellie A few days ago the 4th and 5th grades in our school made tape art. It was fun! Tape art is lots of pictures made out of blue tape. I made myself hitting a baseball. I had a bat down by my side. I had on a pair of overalls. There was a baseball up in the air. First curl ,stretch,and rip the tape. Then make the outline of the thing your making. Then put in the details. Finally,your done! It was fun to be able to draw on the walls without getting in trouble!!  Whats your favorite subjects in school? "Maths, Spelling." What animals do you like? "Dogs, Horses, Cats, Rabbits and Hamsters." What's your favorite food? "Hotdogs, Pizza, Macaroni & Cheese." What's your favorite Movies? "The Little Princess, Black Stallion, James Bond Movies (I like Sean Connery)."
Facundo Tyler and I made a spaceship and we were in it. It had two boosters and one computer. Tyler was driving and I was preparing my jet pack so I could go into outer space. I liked this experience a lot. What color are your eyes? "Blue." What is your favorite kind of animal? "Tiger, lion, bear, monkey, rats." When is your birthday? "May 30th." What were you thinking about when you made your picture? "I thought it would be cool to have a picture of me and Tyler going up in space together."
Tyler Facundo and I created a spaceship out of tape with us in it. It had two booster engines and one computer for driving. Facundo was preparing his jetpack to go out into space. I thought that this experience was really fun and I Iearned about what tape art is. How old are you? "Nine - my birthday is in April." Do you have any brothers or sisters? "One sister and that's all." What's you favorite thing to do? "I like to play soccer, sports and lazer tag." How often do you get your hair cut? "Sometimes once a week, sometimes a long while. I just got one last week."
Kylie At school we did tape art. It was fun. Tape art is when you make something out of tape on the wall. I made a self portrait. But it didn't look like me. It was duck tape and it was blue. When I started to make my self portrait first I made the head. Next I made the hair and then i made the body. I really enjoyed doing tape art. I thing we should do it again. How old are you? "10." What are your favorite type of animal? "Rabbits." Where do you live? "I live in Northborough Massachusetts in the United States of America." How did you learn to draw? "I learned in preschool".

Matthew I did a self portrait. It looked like me with hair and pants and a shirt. One of the tape artists helped me and I made a head and I worked down, I enjoyed it very much. Who's your best friends? "Facundo, Tyler and Michael." What's your favorite song? "Jingle Bells." What's your favorite color? "Blue." How did it feel to take down the picture you drew of yourself? "I enjoyed it."
Jenny At our school we did tape art . That's when you do designs with colored tape. I liked it and I hope we do it again.  Where you born? "Westbourough Hospital, St. Vincents." What is your favorite instrument? "Flute." What is your favorite color? "Blue." What is the one question that you would ask yourself?" 'Why?' I could ask myself lots of questions that have to do with 'Why', so it depends."

Rachel Tape Art is a lot of fun. Each class in 4th and 5th at Peaslee School made certian catagories. I created a portrait of me playing the clairanet. It had me holding a clairanet and I was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. I didn't put alot of detail on my face . Doing it is very easy when you get started all you do is twist it, turn it, push it and rip it. I like tape art. It is alot of fun. I might want to do it when I grow up. My friend and I might to be partners, just like the two guys except we will do it with different color tape. Where were you born? "Massa, Arizona." What sports do you like? "Swimming, soccer, Ice skating, Gymnatistics, football, rollerblading - Lots!" What is your favorite instrument? "Recorder, Drum, Clarinet, Guitar." What do you want to be when you grow up? "A Home room Teacher for 2nd Grade."
Shelby When we did the tape art I created me and my guitar.It was supposed to look like me holding my guitar and playing it. We made it with blue tape. It was hard turning the tape neatly but i thought it was great fun!   Where do you live? "Northboro, MA." What do you look like? "Blue eyes, brown hair -I look like ME." What's your favorite color? "Green." What's your favorite type of music? "Disco & Swing. (Favorite songs are Jive'n'Whale, Mmm-Bop, Poison Ivy)."
Christine I created a picture of my self. I started with my head and then I did my body. The tape was blue and It look like me.This experience was fun and I liked It. Where were you born? " Newton-Wellsley Hospital in Newton." What is your favorite kind of animal? "I like all animals." What do you look like? "I have dirty blond hair. I look like a nine year old. I look like my parents." What did you think about drawing with tape? "I thought it was interesting because it is something you can't do every day."

ErinI created me climbing a rope in gym. I liked how we got to make a circle for the head . I liked that if you got the tape stuck together you could unwrap it. I think we should do this again. What is your favorite sport? "This one is a hard one.... Cheerleading." What do you look like? "(I look like) my friends." When is your birthday? "July 14th, 1989." If your Tape Art drawing went back in time, do you think that people would like it as much as they do right now? "Yes, because they will think it is weird."
Caroline I created myself with a ball next to me. I had a pair of overalls on and a long sleeve shirt. I started at the head and worked my way down. I thought it was a fun way to do art. It was really fun and I would love to do it again.  Why did you do what you did? "I made myself in overalls. That is what I was wearing that day. I like to wear overalls a lot." What instruments do you play? "I play the piano and the recorder." Do you have brothers or sisters? "I have a brother named Drew and a sister named Allison." What do you think about working on the wall and standing up? "I thought it was a really cool way to do art because I have never heard of tape art before."
Corey Tape art is really fun. I made myself playing baseball with Chris. I was the pitcher, Chris was the batter. I used my fingers to push the tape on the wall and my other hand I used to make the body. It looks like Chris and I playing baseball. I thought it would be not that good but it turned out really good. What is your favorite sport? "Basketball." What is your favorite food? "Hotdogs." What is your favorite thing to do? "It is pretty much the same as sports." Would cave art be appropriate in a museum of fine art? "Yes, because it is cool, for people when they look at it. It is interesting".
Chris When we did the tape art project I made a self portrait. I made a picture of myself with a bat in my hand. It looked like I was playing baseball. It was kind of hard to turn the tape while sticking it on the wall, so I tried making more straight lines. At the end it all looked pretty good. I really liked this project and I hope we do it again.
