No, what you have here is an act of collaborative mural making, a simple process that has a lot to say about how we communicate with each other and how to evolve an idea.

Welcome to Quiz 6, an International Quality in Services Conference. This symposium is held at the Prudential Center for Learning and Development in Norwalk, Connecticut and pulls in business innovators, speakers and performers from all over the United States and Europe. We were brought in to give a workshop in Tape Art to these fine business folks. Our workshop was done in collaboration with Mike's folks - Patrick Townsend and Joan Gebhardt, who have written several best selling books on quality, leadership and recognition.
